- We Work on Your Mockups Send us your artwork, logos, or ideas. Our team will place them on the appropriate styles and help prepare your design for production.
- We Review the Details Together We usually have a phone call to discuss the products, artwork, quantities, sizing, and anything else needed to make sure the order is right.
- We Start Production Once the artwork and order details are approved, production usually takes 3–4 weeks. Finished orders ship directly from our Southern California factory.

Yes—we offer two options:
Preprinted Samples These are overruns or misprints from previous production runs. We charge $20 total for shipping and handling for up to three garments. They normally ship within one or two business days, depending on availability.
Preproduction Samples We can also produce a sample using your artwork. The cost is $50 per garment, and it normally takes a few weeks because it is produced through our regular manufacturing process.
