Shipping & Returns

Approved orders are processed within 1-3 days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time (12 PM Pacific) will be processed and sent out on the following business day. 

Orders of $100 or more automatically receive free Standard Shipping shipping in the U.S. including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Customers who are not completely satisfied may return products for exchange or return, no RMA needed. 

We don't really want worn clothing, garments with irregular odors, or tailored or damaged garments. If you're not sure, feel free to contact us and we may still be able to help with a return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure the items are packed properly to avoid any damage on the way back.
