Kulia Doherty dominates by winning two divisions along with Colin Moran, Parker Coffin and Jacob Davis at Church’s Prime event number two! The Surfing America Prime Series event number two went off in fun 3-4’ Church’s with the cream of West Coast surfing mixing it up.
